We held our 2023 Management Review (MR) meeting with great excitement, together with the entire team.
Our General Manager, Mustafa Kınacı, said,
“We have successfully completed another year together. Success is not individual but is only possible through teamwork. By further developing this team spirit, we can strive for many more successes. Success is definitely a TEAM effort.
In our work, we should never get stuck on individuals during daily events; we should only act by thinking about the mistake; we should focus on the solution, not the problem, and look at our path and our work by continuously educating ourselves and our teams. We should make mutual assistance and education a culture without ever hiding knowledge.”
He addressed all our managers in this manner.
